For first time clients, you will need to complete a registration form before your first session
If you are using your insurance to pay, please ensure that you get pre-authorization before your first appointment. If you do not have preauthorisation, you will be liable for the cost of the session
Please note that appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance or they will be charged. Cancellations and re-scheduling can easily be managed via the online scheduler
Fees
Fees range from £130 - £150, and sessions last 50-60 minutes. We offer a free initial 20 minute chat with no obligation. We can sometimes offer a reduced fee for self-funders. Please enquire about our capacity for this.
Insurance
We are registered with all major insurance providers, including AXA PPP, Bupa, Vitality, Aviva, WPA, Healix and Cigna. Please get in touch if you are with a different provider. You may have to pay an excess depending on your policy.
Cancellation
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice denies someone else the opportunity to receive therapy, and will be charged at the full cost of the session.
