I had tried therapy before and I always felt too anxious and ended up quitting. Dianne made me feel really comfortable and was so easy to talk to. After the first session I felt much less anxious and because of it I was able to make a big change in my life.
I was diagnosed with depression and the medication wasn't working so well. Dianne helped me to get to the bottom of it and to discover patterns that were maintaining my depression. With her help, I was able to break the cycle and find happiness again.
I've always been skeptical of things like therapy but got to a point of desparation so thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I found Dianne when I did. She is warm and easy to talk to, and also very straight forward. She doesn't beat around the bush or waste your time. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about it.
I had been for therapy before at numerous times in my life. The therapies were okay, but the way Dianne was able to take control of the session and hit the nail on the head was different to what I had experienced before. She worked in the here and now, pointing out when I was doing things in the actual session, and I wasn't able to talk my way out of it like I always did before.

Change happened quickly. We didn't waste time trying figure things out, we got to the bottom of things very quickly and within a month I had made a big shift. I learned to accept things rather than getting myself stuck because I was trying to change them.
