Individual therapy is a process in which you will be able to work through some of the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviors that currently shape your life. It will give you the opportunity to reflect on the patterns of behaviors present in your life that you may not be aware of. 


Sometimes people seek therapy in order to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and to enhance their overall sense of well being.
